- Offered services:

The Cristal Festival organizes every year creative competitions for the advertising and media industry. All advertising agencies, media agencies, production companies, advertisers are able to participate in one or few
of the 15 competitions (film, radio, outdoor, press, print craft, production, integrated, media, design, digital & mobile, brand entertainment & content, consumer marketing, pr, sports marketing and marketing innovation). All the entered submissions will be shown to professional juries and the best ads/campaigns of the year will be rewarded during the awards ceremonies of the Cristal Festival.

- Fees:

Submission fees vary from €230 exc. VAT to €490 exc. VAT. Administration fees from €135 exc. VAT to €175 exc. VAT are to be paid once per competition and per agency (for the exact fees, please check the rules of the
concerned competition).

- Registration terms:

Entries cannot be cancelled or removed from the competition in any way after October 24th 2014.
Each campaign should be submitted as one entry. An entry or campaign may be submitted in more than one category.
Only fully paid entries will be accepted.
Bank fees are to be paid by the entrant.
All entries validated to the final stage (payment validation and reception of elements) will be considered as confirmed and an invoice will be issued.
All agencies who want to cancel their submissions must do it before October 24th 2014. The Cristal Festival will then refund the credit card or bank account. After October 24th, no refund will be done by the organization.

- Personal Details:

All personal and credit card details are confidential. These information are not kept by the festival organization and will never be communicated to a third party.
